| Electrician (01) | $40–$52/hr | Washington 01 electrician license, commercial electrical service |
| Electrician (02) | $30–$45/hr | Washington 02 electrician license, commercial electrical service |
Every role needs a valid Washington driver's license and an insurable driving record.

Installers
- Residential replacements, light commercial and custom new construction
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4 p.m., with some Saturdays and overtime
- 20 hours of advanced HVAC training a year
- Installer NATE certifications kept current
Service technicians
- Troubleshooting and repair on heat pumps, ductless, furnaces and package units
- Mostly weekdays, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours calls
- Classroom and on-site training
- NATE certification within your first year

Where are Alpine Aire jobs based?
All roles work out of our shop at 1306 Walnut St in Wenatchee, with job sites across North Central Washington.
Do you offer signing bonuses?
Yes. HVAC installer and service technician roles come with signing bonuses of up to $3,000 or $5,000, depending on the role.
Do I need NATE certification to apply?
Not for service technician roles, which earn NATE certification within the first year. Installers keep their installer NATE certifications current.
What benefits do full-time employees get?
