How a repair visit works.
- Book. Call the office, book online, or send the form at the bottom of this page.
- Dispatch. The dispatch fee depends on your town. It starts at $119 in Wenatchee, East Wenatchee and Cashmere.
- Diagnosis. The technician finds the cause. The diagnostic fee runs $72 to $130, depending on the time it takes.
- Your price, then the work. You get the repair price before anything is fixed, and you decide.
Heating or cooling emergency after 5 p.m., on a weekend or on a holiday? After-hours dispatch is $330, plus the diagnostic fee. AA Comfort Club members pay half the regular dispatch fee.
On Chelan PUD and heating with an electric furnace?
Chelan PUD pays up to $3,300 toward a ducted heat pump that replaces an electric forced-air furnace, and income-qualified households can save up to $4,300. We file the pre-approval before any equipment is ordered. Douglas PUD, which serves East Wenatchee, has no heat pump rebates at this time.
Rebates are provided and approved only by Chelan PUD. Amounts and eligibility are subject to change. Ask us about standard heat pump rebates.

Do you give a price before starting work?
Yes. Our technicians quote the estimated price before starting any repair, and you decide whether to go ahead.
Do you offer emergency service?
Yes, for heating and cooling emergencies after 5 p.m., on weekends and on holidays. After-hours dispatch is $330, plus the diagnostic fee.
Do you do electrical work too?
Yes. Our electricians handle panel upgrades, electrical troubleshooting and repairs, and the circuits new heating and cooling equipment needs.
What brands do you install?
We install Carrier, Lennox, Bosch and Mitsubishi equipment, among other brands, and Alpine Aire is a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer.
