What warranty comes with commercial work?
Alpine Aire's commercial warranty is 1 year on parts and labor.
Does Chelan PUD pay toward commercial heat pumps?
For qualifying 2026 applications, Chelan PUD lists $2,400 per qualifying ton to convert from electric resistance heat and $400 per ton for qualifying upgrades. Pre-authorization is required before installation, and Chelan PUD decides eligibility.
Do you offer commercial maintenance plans?
Yes. Commercial planned maintenance is set up around your equipment and building, with priority response and service discounts for plan customers.
Do you work on rooftop units?
Yes. We repair, maintain and replace packaged rooftop units, along with split systems, heat pumps and boilers.
Which towns do you serve for commercial work?
Every town in our service area, from the Wenatchee Valley to Leavenworth, Lake Chelan, Quincy and Cle Elum.
