Maintenance questions

Maintenance and repair FAQ

How much is an HVAC tune-up?

A maintenance visit is $179 per system. Leavenworth, Chelan and other Level 2 and Level 3 towns add a $30 trip fee.

What does the AA Comfort Club include?

Two maintenance visits a year, spring and fall, half the repair dispatch fee, 15% off parts and labor except refrigerant and filters, and priority scheduling. It costs $300 per system a year or $25 a month, plus tax.

How often should my system be serviced?

Once a year for a furnace or air conditioner, and twice a year for a heat pump, since it runs in both seasons.

Is the dispatch fee credited toward the repair?

No. A repair visit is billed as dispatch, diagnostic, repair and parts. You get the repair price before any work starts.

Do you service gas fireplaces?

Yes. We inspect and clean gas fireplaces, ideally in the fall before you start using them.

Do you offer commercial maintenance?

Yes. Commercial maintenance visits are $200, and we set up planned maintenance for commercial buildings.
