Alpine Aire's HVAC maintenance plan

AA Comfort Club: Two Tune-Ups a Year and Member Pricing in North Central Washington

One membership per system keeps your furnace, heat pump, air conditioner or ductless system on a spring and fall schedule, and lowers what you pay when something needs fixing.

  • $300 per system a year, or $25 a month, plus tax
  • Spring and fall maintenance visits
  • Half the repair dispatch fee
  • 15% off parts and labor

The math

What membership costs compared with paying per visit.

Our regular maintenance visit is $179 per system. Two of them a year come to $358. Club members get both visits for $300, plus repair discounts the rest of the year.

$300 a year Per system, or $25 a month, plus tax
$358 Two separate $179 maintenance visits
50% off The repair dispatch fee for your town
15% off Parts and labor on repairs, excluding refrigerant and filters

Prices are per system and don't include the filter.

Your two visits

Spring for cooling, fall for heating.

Spring visit

  • Outdoor coil and condenser check
  • Capacitors and other electrical parts
  • Condensate drain line
  • Airflow and filter
  • Heat pump cooling performance

Fall visit

  • Burner, ignition and flame sensor on gas furnaces
  • Safety switches and venting
  • Carbon monoxide check
  • Heat pump defrost and backup heat

Ductless systems get each indoor head's filters, coil, blower wheel and drain line checked. More on single visits and repairs: maintenance and repairs.

Members are scheduled ahead of non-members.

When the schedule fills up during a cold snap or a heat wave, Club members get priority. The one exception: a non-member who has no heat or is in a vulnerable situation may be seen first.
