Start to finish

How a furnace replacement runs.

  1. Price it. Start with the instant price tool, or have us look at the house, ducts and venting.
  2. Pick the system. Gas furnace, dual fuel or a heat pump, with a written price for each option you want to compare.
  3. Rebate paperwork. In Chelan PUD territory, we submit pre-approval before equipment is ordered.
  4. Install. Our crew removes the old furnace, installs the new system and cleans up.
  5. Start-up. We test the system and show you the thermostat and filter.

Repair or replace

Questions to ask before you replace.

Our technicians quote the repair price before any work starts, so you can weigh it against a new system first.

  • Would this repair cost a large share of a new system's price?
  • Is this the second or third repair in a few winters?
  • Do some rooms stay cold no matter where the thermostat is set?
  • Have heating bills gone up without a change in how you use the heat?
  • Do you also want air conditioning for the summer?
