We install Carrier, Lennox, Bosch, Mitsubishi and other leading brands, and we're a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer. New equipment carries the manufacturer's parts warranty (up to 10 years on Carrier) plus our own 1-year parts and labor warranty.
Power company
Orondo homes get their power from Douglas PUD, and Douglas PUD has no rebates at this time. The installed prices above are what you'd pay, with nothing to subtract.
You may see heat pump rebates advertised across the river. Those come from Chelan PUD, are for Chelan PUD customers, and don't apply to an Orondo address. If Douglas PUD starts a program, we'll tell you when we quote.
Repair and maintenance visits
Orondo is in our first dispatch level, the same as Wenatchee and East Wenatchee, even though it's a longer drive.
After hours means after 5 p.m., weekends and holidays. Dispatch and diagnostic fees aren't credited toward the repair, and the technician gives you the repair price before starting. AA Comfort Club members ($300 per system a year, or $25 a month) get spring and fall visits, half-off dispatch and 15% off parts and labor, not including refrigerant gases or filters.
From your call to a working system
Tell us what the system is doing and whether you heat with electric, propane or gas. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; after-hours emergency calls are answered too.
The truck comes from our Walnut Street shop in Wenatchee, across the river and north along the east bank.
The technician finds the fault, shows you what failed and quotes the repair before any work starts.
You decide whether to go ahead with the repair. If the equipment is near the end of its life, we can give you a free estimate for a new system, with no pressure either way.

Orondo questions
No. Orondo is in our $119 dispatch level, the same as Wenatchee and East Wenatchee. A diagnostic fee of $72 to $130 is added based on time on site, and the repair is priced before work starts.
Not right now. Orondo is served by Douglas PUD, which has no rebates at this time. Chelan PUD rebates are only for Chelan PUD customers.
